Free IFS Training for Therapists: Understanding Polarized Parts
Are you IFS-curious, IFS-informed, or IFS-trained? Do you long to feel comfortable and confident working with client parts?
Are your clients stuck, anxious, or pulled in opposite directions? Often, polarized parts are at work. Learn how to recognize and navigate this dynamic in a free, live training.
When a client feels internally conflicted, exhausted, or stuck, it’s often not just one part—but two parts locked in opposition, each trying to protect the system.
I’m offering a free, live, one-hour IFS training on polarizations:
Monday, January 12, 2026
12–1 pm MST via Zoom
7-Session Yoga + Group Therapy Series
Do you ever feel like there's a part of you holding back - keeping you from speaking up, feeling grounded, or fully showing up in your life?
Through gentle yoga movement, breathwork, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy discussion and sharing, we'll explore each chakra as a doorway to understanding your inner world. You might meet a throat-chakra part that hesitates to speak your truth, a heart-chakra part that longs for connection but fears being hurt, or a solar-plexus part that holds back your power.
Hosted by psychotherapist Julie Anderson Smith, MA, MFTC, IFS-Certified & yoga therapist Jessa Buchalter, C-IAYT, RYT 500
