INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS)
Psychotherapy for individuals and couples
IN COLORADO
You’ve been holding so much for so long. On the outside, you look capable. On the inside, it feels messy, confusing, or heavy in ways you don’t always talk about.
Maybe you're tired of always being the responsible one. Maybe you're overwhelmed by anxiety, resentment, or loneliness. Maybe you keep slipping into old patterns you swore you were done with. Or maybe you're just exhausted from trying to hold everything together without support.
Nothing is "wrong" with you. You're simply carrying more than any one person should have to carry alone.
If you're an individual...
You want clarity. You want relief. You want to understand why you react the way you do—and how to finally feel more stable, open, and at peace.
If you're a couple...
You love each other, but communication keeps breaking down. You get stuck in the same arguments. Deep down you know you love each other, but sometimes you wonder if you even like your partner right now. You want connection to feel possible again—not stressful, or fragile, or painful.
Where I come in.
Hi, I’m Julie. I’m IFS-Certified, and my approach is gentle, deep, and it works!
Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and create paths for healing—not just surface-level coping. You don't have to keep pushing through. You can feel understood, supported, and more like yourself again.
My office is located in Longmont, or I can see you virtually if you live anywhere in Colorado.
If you're ready for true change, I'm here. Let's begin.
